Return Policy

1. How it works

1. Email info@mmprints.co.za with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
2. We'll confirm the return and provide instructions for sending the print back.
3. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Condition of returns

Prints should be returned in their original, undamaged condition. Since every print is made to order — including custom photo prints — we ask that you package it carefully to avoid damage in transit.

3. Damaged or faulty items

If your print arrives damaged or with a printing fault, contact us straightaway with a photo of the issue — we'll send a free replacement or refund, no return shipping required on our end.

4. Custom ("Design Your Own") prints

Custom prints are covered by the same 30-day guarantee. The one thing we can't do is resell a personalised print, so if you've simply changed your mind about a custom design, let us know — we're generally happy to work with you on a replacement design rather than a straight refund, at our discretion.

5. Who pays return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is for the customer's account. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, we cover it.
