These terms govern your use of the Magnetic Metal Prints website (mmprints.co.za) and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Magnetic Metal Prints is a South African business based in the Jacaranda City, producing made-to-order metal prints with a magnetic wall-mounting system. You can reach us at info@mmprints.co.za.
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include the magnetic mount unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to update prices at any time — changes won't affect orders you've already placed and paid for.
Payments are processed securely through PayFast. We do not see or store your card details — PayFast handles that directly. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received; you'll get an email confirmation at that point.
When you upload a photo through our Custom Print Studio, you confirm that you own the rights to that image, or have permission to use and reproduce it. We print what you upload in good faith and are not responsible for verifying ownership or copyright of submitted images. We may decline to print any submission at our discretion (for example, if it appears to infringe someone else's rights).
We aim to produce and ship every order within 3–5 business days of payment being confirmed, with free nationwide delivery across South Africa. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays outside our control.

The Magnetic Metal Prints name, logo, and site design are our property. Curated designs sold through our Collection remain licensed for personal display use only — they may not be reproduced or resold. Photos you upload for a custom print remain yours.
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products, to the fullest extent permitted by South African law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
